{"id":4958,"date":"2019-09-16T13:24:04","date_gmt":"2019-09-16T13:24:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.keyplan.es\/?p=4958"},"modified":"2019-09-16T13:38:01","modified_gmt":"2019-09-16T13:38:01","slug":"the-conference-aeronautical-sector-and-industry-4-0-lands-in-madrid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.keyplan.es\/en\/2019\/09\/16\/the-conference-aeronautical-sector-and-industry-4-0-lands-in-madrid\/","title":{"rendered":"The Conference &#8220;Aeronautical Sector and Industry 4.0&#8221; lands in Madrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Next September 19th, FIDAMC (Foundation for Research, Development and Application of Composite Materials) will pick up the \u201cAeronautical Sector and Industry 4.0\u201d Conference, in which the challenges of digital transformation in the aerospace sector and\u00a0 the keys to industry 4.0 will be treated, as well as its role in improving competitiveness in manufacturing processes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Siemens, Air Newspaper and Fly News are the organizers of this event, which will be attended by great professionals in the sector, such as, among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pascual Dedios-Pleite, the president of Siemens Industry Software and Director of the Siemens Digital Factory in Spain;<\/li>\n<li>Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez Medina, from VP Airbus, Director of the Getafe plant;<\/li>\n<li>Jacinto Tortosa, the General Director of FIDAMC;<\/li>\n<li>Eugenio Font\u00e1n, the Director of Madrid Aerospace Cl\u00faster;<\/li>\n<li>Javier Fern\u00e1ndez de Retana, from Aernnova, Director of Institutional Relations;<\/li>\n<li>Alfredo L\u00f3pez D\u00edez, of ITP Aero, Director of Advanced Engineering;<\/li>\n<li>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Gonz\u00e1lez Sesma, of the MTorres Group, Corporate and Innovation Technical Director;<\/li>\n<li>Jos\u00e9 Leal, from H\u00e9roux Devtek Spain, General Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The &#8220;Sector Aeronautics and Industry 4.0&#8221; presents an interesting <a href=\"https:\/\/new.siemens.com\/es\/es\/empresa\/eventos\/jornada-sector-aeronautico-e-industria-40.html\">program<\/a>, which runs from 09:00 to 13:30, in which, in addition to networking and other initiatives characteristic of an event of this type, it stands out, above all , a round table called Aeronautics versus Industry 4.0, in which the professionals mentioned above will participate, with the moderation of Esther Apestegu\u00eda, editor of Fly News, and Miguel \u00c1ngel Gavira, of Siemens Digital Industries Communication.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that this is not the first time that Siemens is involved with an initiative related to digital transformation, sponsoring others of great interest to the sector, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/w5.siemens.com\/spain\/web\/es\/estudiodigitalizacion\/Documents\/Estudio_Digitalizacion_Espana40_Siemens.pdf\"><em>Spain 4.0 study, the challenge of the digital transformation of the economy from Roland Berger<\/em><\/a>, which provides significant data on the situation of digital transformation in Spain, responding to unknowns, such as the number of Spanish companies that are prepared for the change at this time, which sectors present a more significant advance at the level of digitalization and which they are not going on the same way.<\/p>\n<p>This study shows that the digital transformation is so relevant that, by 2025, this could mean an increase of 120 billion euros to the sectors that have been analyzed in the study. In fact, in the coming years a growth of 9% is expected for the digitalization market and a cost reduction equivalent to 20%.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, for now, only 38% of companies in this country have an established digital strategy, which means that 62% of companies have not yet done so.
